Contact and home-value requests

When you submit a form on search4cseh.com, the information you enter is sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms for spam checks and delivery to csehsolutions@gmail.com. Contact inquiries may include your name, email, optional phone, buying or selling interest, property reference, and questions. Home-value requests may also include the property address, county, home details, updates, and timing. We use these details to respond to your request.

Marketing consent is optional, separate, and unchecked by default. Sending an inquiry does not add you to a marketing list. If you separately request real estate email, that choice is included with the inquiry. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time.

Local preview handling

Local and downloadable previews validate sample entries without sending them to Web3Forms or adding them to a marketing list. Nothing entered is stored by CSEH’s preview code. A clearly labeled, separate delivery test may be used during setup to send a real test inquiry. The embedded Matrix tools follow their own handling described below.

Email contact

The email link opens your email application. If you choose to send an email, your email provider and the business’s provider process that message. Email only what is necessary for your inquiry; avoid sensitive financial or identity information.

Cookies and external resources

The local and downloadable previews do not load Google Analytics. On the published search4cseh.com website, optional Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow it. You can decline and continue browsing, or change your choice through Analytics choices in the footer. Browser privacy opt-outs are respected. The Search Homes, Saved Homes, and Optional Signup pages embed BCS Matrix, so your browser connects to that provider and may send technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Matrix may use cookies and process information you enter into its tools under its own terms and privacy practices. CSEH’s own images and code are served by the website host. External links open services with their own privacy practices. The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. The host may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser details, and access or security logs needed to deliver and protect the website. Matrix signup and saved possibilities

Signup is optional. Matrix’s own form sends your contact details and, if you choose, your saved possibilities to the provider and Latonya. CSEH’s website does not intercept those submissions. Matrix may retain possibilities using cookies on the current device; they may be lost if cookies are cleared or blocked. Cross-device account syncing and a separate returning-client login are not verified. Do not rely on this feature as a private account on a shared device.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics on the published site, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, page views, engagement, and clicks on CSEH email, phone, and Matrix-opening links. Google processes technical information about your device and activity. We disable Google advertising signals and ad personalization in this site’s configuration. Our tracking code removes query strings and fragments from reported page and referrer URLs. It does not send form names, contact information, property-address fields, or questions to Analytics. Preview form validation is not counted as a delivered lead. Searches, signup, and saved possibilities within Matrix follow that provider’s own measurement and privacy practices.

Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage. If you decline, this site does not load the Google tag on subsequent visits and disables its configured tag if it was already loaded. Accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies are removed. Matrix cookies and other services remain separate.

The website configuration does not grant automatic reporting access to the analytics spreadsheet. Its weekly totals remain blank until verified data is supplied.

Delivery, security, and retention

Web3Forms acts as a processor for live form submissions and forwards notification emails through its delivery infrastructure. It uses server-side spam filtering; hCaptcha is the form’s additional security check. These providers process technical information needed to protect the service, such as IP address and browser details. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy and hCaptcha’s privacy policy.

Web3Forms’ current policy allows submission retention up to three years unless a shorter setting applies. A shorter retention setting has not yet been confirmed. Copies delivered to the business Gmail mailbox remain subject to the business’s email and record-handling practices. Contact CSEH about access, corrections, or deletion; do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through these forms.

Submitted contact information is not displayed publicly or sent to Google Analytics by this website. A success message means the delivery provider accepted the request. Controlled setup tests reached the business mailbox; provider acceptance alone cannot guarantee inbox placement on every submission.
